We just bought a 2016 RDX and did not check the rear windows. Neither go up or down. I tried the pinch reset (holding each button up for 5 sec and then down and vice versa) with no luck. Checked fuses and all good. Could not find a relay to check.

It does have a fresh battery and I read where that sometimes causes an issue.

I changed the master switch, same result.

Next Step? I could pull a door panel off and check for power to the motor or maybe there is another idea?

The one on the master switch? No it is not

 

I have a constant problem with my 2013 RDX due to not using the rear windows; I have to press hard several times to get the window to come off the guides.

 

Does the front passenger window work?

 

Yep, the repair guide basically says go straight to the source and check if the motors are dead, or the wiring from the switch to the motor is bad.
