2018 RDX left mirror broken

My wife hit the drivers side mirror on the garage and broke it off. It is hanging on the cable. I was able to disassemble it and found the large bracket inside broke just above the spring. Is that bracket available or do I need to get the entire mirror? I put in the part number listed on it and found nothing. 607875
thanks.

I'm pretty sure you'd have to buy the entire mirror.

She must have really knocked the hell out of it to leave it hanging by the harness?
The parts diagram below, for the vehicle listed, reflects the available OEM parts for purchase online. I'm not observing the presence of type of 'bracket'.
As mentioned, find the left side OEM part #, for the color vehicle, and google search for the best deal.

Thanks for the info and pars breakdown. The part that broke is in between the screws 12 and 19 on the diagram. They don't sell it separately. Had to order a new mirror for $435 delivered. If there's anything positive about this, it's that the dealer charges over $600. At least I didn't have to pay that much.

My wife did the same thing but she has broken the right side and then the left side mirrors. I got OEM replacements on EBay. Everything is so expensive these days.

My wife did something similar with an MDX we had. She hit the passenger side mirror backing out of the garage but didn't actually break the mirror off. Fortunately the mirror folded back and only suffered semi-permanent scratched in the housing. The trim on the garage took a solid hit and was missing a piece.
