hello, my RDX passenger mirror is like stuck it will try to move but won't
Move much. What could this be? The Aculator? If so... anyone have a sticky on how to replace?

 

Not sure what you mean by your mirror is "like stuck," so I will interpret that as just stuck.

If you search around here on these forums, you can find some tricky DIYs to remove the mirror and grease up the actuator behind it. It sounds pretty hard to do, as the mirror is held on with glue. Mine isn't stuck, but acts funny when I put it into reverse and goes all over instead of pointing down as it should. You could try spraying some grease back there with a long straw on the can. If you can get it to budge, you can angle the mirror to one side to get a fair amount of access.
