Question Null navigation database version

I was using the information on the acuranavi site to get my existing IDs for the navigation update (The Official Acura Map Update Site | Find Id | HERE) but the database version shows up as just a dash.
I have a software version number (2.70) and device ID (41AB-375A-2AOE-EDDA), but not the one for the database, which is required to order the new disk.

Does this make sense to anyone? I couldn't find anything else like this in the forum.

Adding for text searches: GPS, nav, db

This is for a 2014 RDX.

I called a dealership that was open but the service dept wasn't able to help me either. I called the GPS support number (888-549-3798) but they are currently closed.

Bumping up as ours shows the same thing. I was looking to update the maps for my daughter and the HERE vendor for the discs is no help. The number on their email was to a doctor's office!

I can’t test the process but at any time do you have to enter a date? There is a thread where people had issues and it was because the date input had to be in the format (YYYY.MM.DD) and include the periods. Apparently the format wasn’t clealy stated.

No, we haven't but I'll dig around in the other settings, I'll also look for the thread you mentioned. Thanks for the tip!

Another thing, and it is my understanding you should have a DVD either in a DVD reader or have been supplied with one, but that being the case I think the database version is on the DVD. See the attached image.

I found the date format thread you were referring to. It was for a 2019 and I believe the unit on the 2013 is a Pioneer. It seems to be a different method to get the info needed. Good hint to try and track down - much appreciated!
