Cigarette Lighter not working fuse isn't blown

Title kind of says it all. I just got the car and there was some loose change jammed in there I had to pry out. I checked the the fuse by the footwell and it's perfectly fine, but I replaced it just to be sure. Cigarette lighter charger is still not working, tested with 3 devices that I know are working in another car. If the socket got short circuited, is there an easy way to pry out the old one to replace it? I couldn't see any place to get a firm grip to pull it out or any tabs. I'm stumped and don't want to pull the center console apart over this. BTW the USB charger works perfectly fine so I've isolated the issue down to the socket itself.

Haven't been here in almost a decade or more. Feels good being back in an acura.

Maybe it's just disconnected?
This panel can be disassembled in 5 minutes, there are literally 4 Phillips screws.

Oh nice, that's what I figured or maybe it shorted and I can just replace it with any run of the mill socket. Can you tell me where the screws are? I've literally had the car a week and other than driving it back home for 8hrs, I know nothing about this thing. I tried searching for a guide to taking it apart but I'm having trouble searching the forum. It's been a while since I've been here.
