Lighter outlets not working

so i noticed my phone wasnt charging the other day so i tried the outlet in the center console instead, it didnt work either so i replaced fuse 9 in the driver side panel and still nothing.
Any ideas?

Does your phone charger have a protective fuse? If so, check it.

Did the old fuse #9 show as blown?

You sure you replaced #9? (Bottom row, 3rd from the right).

You sure the replacement fuse was good?

Also, check fuse 15 (40A) in the under hood fuse box. It controls fuses 5-9 in the under dash box.
