Acuralink updated their app in September. Now I can't log in on my phone. It says this vehicle is already registered to another user. I am trying to catch up with tech support in CA. Anyone else having this issue ?

 

Acuralink tech support fixed my problem. It was not a software issue. About seven years ago, I set up an account with a since discontinued email. The system thought I had two accounts. Acuralink eliminated the old account and moved things to the new account.

Sometimes it is an operator error.
