So we had the same issue with the rear camera on our 2015 RDX. Dealers in Canada want an insane price for the part and installation, so I bought the part recommended by @slayer2333, but followed @XXX’s method to remove and install the camera. It took me a total of 20min to do, and that includes getting the tools and trouble light from the basement to the driveway! Thanks guys for posting this.

 

My backup camera has slowly degraded in quality over time, and recently took a turn for the worse. I was a little uneasy about DIY, but ordered the Acura part and followed @Fustican 's advice above. It only took an hour or so, mostly my own slowness and fumbling around. Camera is great, better than I remember it being. Great little Saturday project. Thanks all!
