It doesnt sound like it. Others have gottens that price with the Tech package inckuded. You can do better, Also shop other dealers and use them against each othe until you get a price you are satisfied with.

Thanks! I've gone to 3 other dealers nearby and they have all quoted me higher prices for which the 37 out the door was the lowest. How do you think I could convince them/ go about haggling down the price? What kind of price range should I be shooting for?

Same here

Seems like discounts are not very common, but trade in offers are more than descent.

I am not sure aboiut your area of the country and pricing. If you are happy with the price I suggest you purchase, enjoy and dont look back. Peope are alaways trying to get a better deal based on what others may have obtained. No two deals will be the same most of the time.
Use the internet and get quotes from other dealers in the state. It is my assumption that you dont have a trade for this purchase. The trade will make a significant difference if you do have one. Once you get a reasonable quote from other dealers then you can use that quote. If they dont want to meet the offer, please feel free to buy outside of your area. The warranty will be covered no matter where you purchase the car as Acura will cover it.
Also some employers have websites with discounts to help you start in getting a good discount on a car. Use true car
