Possible Class Action Lawsuit for Tranny Problems!!

I'm in, just for the fact this is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased, the glitches are ridiculous, AA is still not here, and they are not moving fast enough to fix things.

I'm in too, after 13 years and 230K miles later my 5AT acted up badly, shakes the car while in 2nd @ around 22mph & 3rd at around 28mph. I found that manually shift to higher gears before it hits these speeds seems to calm it down.

Also, during the Labor day weekend while replacing air filter, I took the bottom half of the filter housing out to clean dust & debris I found that the intake resonator was full of water. Check yours
