New 03 cls owner desperately need help

Hi all, here’s the deal I bought a used 03 CL Type-S with a loose serpentine belt. The car was owned by my girls uncle and the car ended up sitting for a few years in the driveway under a tree. About 5 months ago a local bought the car from the uncles wife and started driving the car again, long story short he told me that the car made it to his job before the belt slipped off and the car shut off due to no power. Put a new battery in it and it started like nothing, I took it home and bought a new tensioner assembly and serpentine belt for it from autozone. The belt was a valucraft belt and I verified the part numbers for it as a 03 Acura CL Type-S from autozones website. I installed both parts and to my surprise the belt is loose. Too loose to the point that i was able to put the belt on without even having to pull the tension back... I’m at a head bust here I’ve called mechanics and no one has figured it out. Is there any way I can tighten this? The old tensioner has the same issue it was too loose, I also have the old belt and was the same size as the new (the old one was a little looser due to wear). I have some photos here, the first one is top engine view and the last two are RH wheel well view. if anyone could help please let me know thank you.
- JC

You need a new crankshaft pulley.

Fill that power steering reservoir, to the upper level, with some Honda PS fluid, as well.

So just to be clear, the reason why the belt is all sloppy loose is because of a broken pulley? Is that thing even factory? Lol

In addition, I hope you did not order the ebay pulley from my previous post. It is an incorrect pulley for Honda civics.
You need part # 13810-P8A-A01.

Might wanna grab one from rock auto where they are about a 1/3 of the price. there is a 5% off coupon code if you search the forum as well.

Thank you guys, I went ahead and went to autozone and ordered the correct pulley for the type s. I took the car to my mechanic since I don’t have a impact gun or the special Honda crankshaft pulley tool required to loosen the nut.. again thank you guys for the help (: would have ordered the part but I was in a rush to get this thing running
