Need DIY help with replacing slave cylinder

Rather, I'm hoping it's just the slave cylinder... A couple of days ago I noticed my clutch pedal was starting to feel weird. Significantly reduced pressure until about the halfway point, but the car would still shift fine, no slipping, etc. Last night it was getting worse, this afternoon it finally crapped out completely. No pressure in the clutch. I can build up a little bit by pumping it repeatedly, but only enough to tool around a parking lot, not to confidently drive in stop and go traffic.

No leaks at all (neither at the slave nor the master cylinder), fluid is full also. 152k miles on stock parts.

I'm broke as shit and need to do this myself. I'm not seeing a lot online as far as DIY guides...any pointers? Photos also appreciated. I should have the part tomorrow and I'm hoping to do it then.

Gracias.

Have looked at any of the linkages? The MT auto-adjusts for wear and tear....I hope your pressure plate isn't shot!

Is the fluid filled to the max in the reservoir?

If the pressure plate was shot the clutch would typically slip.

Youve either got air in the lines or the master/slave cylinder is shot.
