Cause I have first hand experience with it and the cat your looking @ is different from ours. Our O2 goes in the cat not before or after.
This pic is from my old cl6 look closely wideband O2 and second O2 with vibrant spacer http://i1119.photobucket.com/albums/...h/dc0fe1df.jpg

you need to weld in a new bung for the wideband right? Near the stock primary? I need to grab an AEM wideband next.

STAY AWAY from that seller i do NOT recommend buying anything from them. Poor customer service never get any response on my emails or calls. I sent back old resonator for exchange and i never got replacement nor money back. I had to open a case with ebay.

lol, it's alot of work for sure.

My power steering pump is starting to go after 126K, so I ordered all of the OEM seals and bearing for a rebuild. Looking forward to digging into this project. It will cost about $40 + or - compared to a $250 reman. unit.

Going to follow the link below as well as the Helms for the rebuild:

No, it's not necessary. Loosen the self-lock nut (I believe it was 17mm) on the front of the RR first, while it's secured to the LCA. Separate the outer tie rod end, and lower ball joint. This will allow you to swing the whole knuckle assembly forward a bit along with the axle. You'll see what I mean when you are there. Make sure to support it (knuckle) with an extra jackstand or jack because you do'nt want that thing to drop on yourself. Get your 19mm on a breaker bar, push down on the LCA a bit, fit the socket and wrench away. Those two bolts are on at 116 lbs-ft or so, IIRC, so give them hell. hehe

I welded the bung that comes with aem gauge kit. But i know that there is a wideband kit that doesnt require welding. And it costs like 35$ you simply drill the hole and use their clamp to mount the sensor. If you want i can post a picture of a sensor welded but remember that it must be mounted exact angle

Not the best weld but i didn't have access to TIG. For that litle room i think its not bad.

no before the cat. you want direct numbers from the engine. not numbers filtered by the cat.

This is correct, I had it welded on the same spot

Also Gnuts, I know you're looking for an AEM Uego WideBand. PM me as I doubt I'll be hanging around these forums much longer.

How are your di noc interior pieces holding up ?
I am going to get some and I'm about to bite your interior wood wrapping if yours is still looking good.

I just bought 36 x 48 sheet and a cf licence plate to replace the gold one.
36x48 should be enough ?
