Thanks i checked 5 times wiring and it looks ok blue wire goes to MAP sensor and green goes from ESM to ECU. Only thing i can think of is fuel. When try give it gas pressure drops and then raises to around 50psi. Ideas ?

Shouldn't do that. Fuel Pressure should hit close to 100psi at WOT. Your idle is fine. Was the fuel pump also replaced/new like the rest of the kit? Also did you put in new plugs? Solder the connections on the ESM?

Maybe you have a leak, I had experienced the same problem with jumping idle from 1-1.5k rpm. Did you replace the gasket where the TB used to connect to the manifold? Mine was beat down/worn out, spray that area with some water where the elbow connects to the manifold. If that's the case, scrape off the gasket really clean and put on a new one.

^ i just did a search and read that thread JBlue. I also read an old Scalbert post where he accidentally switched the TPS and MAF sensors when doing the install and he had similar idling issues.

thanks it feels awesome ! much quicker than before very smooth though but the sounds simply amazing now it does turn heads :P cant wait to install HBP

no i started with low boost to see how clutch will handle it and clutch is perfectly fine i wish i had some energy left to swap the pulley

biggest problem through entire install was removing pulley from alternator, luckily i had one spare alternator without pulley... it took me and my friend alot of beers and cigarets to finish it but it was worth it... install took me about 5h if i dont count in the issues that we run into... it wasnt that hard

Each psi is pretty close to 10hp, which is supported by most dynos I had seen from a standard pulley putting down 270ish to HBP putting down 300ish.
