I did 19s for awhile:

I just couldn't get used to them. And I prefer the tire selection that 18s provide.

^^Those were my fav wheels.

Are you sticking with a similar color combo with the new wheels?

That chop was hawt! I think those wheels would have looked good on your car.

Personally I would love to see your Emotions powdercoated gunmetal, the RL calipers red, red lugs, and the whole car a bit lower. Then again it's not my car

Mitzi says "hi " btw. She's being annoying.

^I agree. Theres something about blacked out acuras that just doesnt look right to me. Not to hate but I think it would look better with gunmetal rims.

I think the black painted wheels were more of the reason than the fact they were 19s. But whatever. 18s allow you to go moar lower anyways

There's a trunk brace available for my generation Accord that gets you additional stiffness. Do you know if there's a similar mod available for the CL?

Its funny, I didnt like them at first, but the more I looked at the pic the more I wanted them. Thats the complete opposite of the Works. I loved them before they went on the car, but now I absolutely hate them.

I did the red thing, but I like the blue because when I get the car repainted there will be more blue flake in it, so it will all tie in. And the car will be lower. My new suspension is *supposed* to be ready at the beginning of Dec (I was hoping it would be ready for C&C though), and I am going lower then I have ever been with this car.

Oh and HAI!

I hate chrome. I hate fake chrome even more (lookin' at you window mouldings!!). Ive done silver painted wheels before, Ive done black/red wheels, Ive done all black, and Ive done bronze. I like black the most. Our car is rather large IMO and blacking out everything makes it look smaller, and in turn makes it look sportier.

No, I love the Devotions. If they were 18s Id still have them on my car. And they were powdercoated

You have a 7th gen, right? I want to add some bracing but I dont want to pull everything out of my trunk to fit it. I like my audio equipment, and I hope to add some more over the next week

Don't know if you have them or not, but have you considered switchback turn signals?

Thanks.

I was supposed to drop off my wheels to be powdercoated today but I had to push that out until Sunday. They should be done in time for the C&C meet in Charlotte though. And I took off next Tues-Fri, so Ill have 6 days (including the weekend) to get some shit done. My main focus is the headlights, and then if I have time, the CarPC.

Yea, Im building a car pc, or carputer since that POS Pioneer died and Im not giving them $250 just to look at it. The car pc is what I should have done in the first place, as its way more powerful and costs the same. Its just setting it up that can be a headache.

I dont follow the second part of your post though.

Yup, the CL died when my mom kept driving it after the oil pump went, sent a rod straight through the block, and the S2k went when a powerline pole got in its way. Man that thing came out of nowhere! >_<

Whats up? The CL is doing well. Getting ready to change up a few things, but my health kind of put things on hold for a few weeks. Ive been out of work for awhile now just trying to get better, so some of the things I wanted to work on I couldnt do. Hows school going? Hows the IS?

I was doing great until this past summer when I started to eat less. Ive always had weight problems (keeping weight that is) and I usually dont eat as much during the summer as I do in the winter, but this summer was even less then I normally do. It started to take its toll on me around the beginning of October. I usually hover around 155lbs, which is kind of on the low side for my height (6'), but now Im down to 140, which is considered underweight. Ive had stomach pain for about a month now and for the past 3 weeks or so my diet was mainly soup. Ive been seeing the doctor and taking tests to see why the meds Im on no longer work, and Im going to be switching to a more powerful medication soon (just waiting for more test results).

I usually average 55hrs a week at work, but since the beginning of the month Ive worked a total of 30hrs. Im thick headed and didnt want to stop working so I tried to push through it, but it got to the point where my boss told me that I was taking time off. I haven't been to work in about 2 weeks and Im losing my mind, but I am starting to feel better. I wish I had the energy to knock out some of the projects I have but I just dont have it in me.

I occasionally have flare-ups that last a day or two, but Ive never had one like this, except when I was first diagnosed. Right before I was diagnosed, I went to a few doctors and they couldnt figure out what the hell was wrong with me. I went from being 145lbs to 112lbs in alittle over a month. I finally found the right doctor and he put me in the hospital for a week and got me on some meds. Within 7 months or so I was up to 168lbs and feeling great. I wish I could get back to the 165lb range again. I hate being a toothpick.

sounds more like a disease related to your baldness if you ask me

btw i call dibs on your motor if you die (and i need a spare tranny also, so that too)

Morgan I didn't know you had chrons. That's crazy dude. Doctors thought I had it for a while but I have some problem with my stomach that I've had since 1st grade that doctors have no idea what it is. So do you have a hard time keeping weight because you don't eat a lot or because you have a high metabolism?

Not trying to get all personal and shit with you dude, feel free to PM me or tell me to fuck off

Personally, I couldn't imagine having a hard time putting weight on.

All I have to do is look at a beer and I gain like 2 lbs!

I actually dont drink. I used to but it didn't do anything for me. Plus Ive seen what it does to people when it takes control of their life and Id much rather stay away from it entirely.

One of the things that I miss about living in NY was if Im hungry at 2am, I can go to a deli or White Castle and grab something to eat. Here, everything closes at 10. This town has two 7-11s that actually close. WTF?

Im planning on heading to NY next week for a few days, and Im actually looking forward to getting a real deli sandwich and some White Castle. Also some of my moms cooking

, there is one like litially 2/10's of a mile away from my house, but idk if it is a 24 hour one though (also the liquor store just so happens to be right next door too lol)

but the best part about having trouble putting on weight, is that you can eat whatever the fuck you want too
