Anyone have mirror tint on the 2nd Gen cl, preferably a silver one, i plan on getting it, but just wanna be clear on how it's gonna look,...Thanks in advance

 

I have mirror tint on my gold CL. I know you said silver but if you want a picture maybe Rondog could photo shop the color.

I'll check back this weekend and if you don't have pictures yet I'll take some and post them.

I like the mirror tint and I think it would kick ass on a silver CL-S.

I hope this is what you wanted to see or are you getting the mirror tint that looks like you bathroom mirror. I couldn't find a place that would do that for me or I would have got that.

The sun isn't out today so you can't see the mirror very well but I hope this is what you wanted. The mirror on my tint depends on how bright it is outside at the right angle you can't see any thing but mirror. I wish the tint was a little darker I think it's 30%-35%
I think 20% would have been better.

thanks goin gold, i just t my rims today, 18" Ace Mantas, and i think mirror tint would look hot on my siver cl with the silver rims...i'll post pics when i start driving (suspension from last year) but i get my license on March 25th, so that's straight, thanks a lot

And now the windows up - Notice the light blue tint. It looks pretty tight on silver, and possibly black too

 

that blue tint would looks HOT...but it barely tints n e thing, it doesn't bother me cause i wanna be seen, but...wouldn't that look gay during the daytime??? I have blue underbody lights, and have blue neons under the dash, but that won't show during the day...i put the blue tint covers over the license plates like a few weeks ago and decided it looked stupid and took it off...i can't just do that with tint, do u think rondog could photoshop them on a silver cl??? i have no idea how to post pics on the boards, nor do i have pic of my car, but a lot of people have pics of silver cl's on the board...i hope rondog can photoshop that for me...

 

Ya, that would be a lot of blue. But this tint is hardly noticeably, and like you said the neons/lights wouldn't be on at day. I would have to see some daytime pics of this blue-tint to really see if it looked alright.

Next question, since this is OEM on Mercedes and we are talking about aftermarket tint, can this tint be put on our cars??

 

well...if Rondog can photoshop it for me ( i already put a request in photoshop) and blue tint looks good,i hope it's possible, should be, if it looks gay i could care less...I was planning on the mirror tint n e way before i even knew about the blue, i'm stil leaning toward the mirror tint

 

My very rough atempt to put blue tint on my CLS tells me it would probably look better on silver or white.
