The X Files- Final Episode ! (Hopefully) Please Read!

Mods- sorry about another thread- but needed it not to get lost- you can close if you want.

Over the course of the last week or so, there has been a lot of attention given to the issue of Xephyr Performance and the lack of delivery of goods or refunds. Many things have been said by many people and hopefully this is being resolved. I believe that Rock Dog has done what he had to do to in light of his situation. Has the rhetoric been high at times- undoubtedly. But we must remember- not only has what he has done been benficial to him, but to all those others who were in the same boat. Can we please all put out the flames? I know Chris personally, and was deeply disturbed by his dissapearance and what appeared to be a total lack of care for his customers. I believe that if he had just told us about whatever was happening, things would not have had to go on for so long. I am also thankful that Rock Dogs persistance has brought him forward- for Chris and I have some unresolved business that we will handle outside of this forum. The bottom line is that Chris had a good product that was becoming popular and, due to whatever circumstances arrived, he was unable to fulfill his obligations. He was wrong- his handling of the situation was wrong, and I think he knows that. What he didn't know, was that he had friends out there willing to help. Whats done is done- hopefully everyone will get thier money, we can heal our family, and go back to bashing those damn BMWs instead of each other!

Rock Dog- I and hopefully the others involved, thank you for your persistance- I know the time and effort you expended.

Chris- I am sorry this all happened but you have to know your poor handling of the problem is what made is so bad. Sorry also for any loss you may have suffered- please do the right thing by our brothers. Call me and lets talk about our issues- maybe I can find a way to help with your excess inventory problem!

I thnk Wayne has enough to do with his present job.. I also think he is smart enough to never do that..That being trying to control others thoughts and actions..

Park Ave. starting a CAI business, do it, with a big Co. backing that can handle inventory cost there is side money to be made here that any parts counter can handle. Also I would like to start a name contest for your CAI. I propose "ACME CAI" with a Wyly Coyote on it. Everybody propose a name here.

Thanks Wayne.
This situation didnt really get too much attention over at TL.com, but over here is a different story. I was concerned at first that there was a problem with the CAI's design. Thanks for clearing things up. I really like my intake and i believe it performs well.
