aftermarket parts supposedly void warranty only if it is the cause of the problem so unless headers would cause something of yours to malfunction, then it won't void it. but don't take my word on it

This is the general rule. However the dealer decides if they want to warranty it or not. Call some dealers in your area & ask around. I know some are mod friendly & some that won't touch a modded car. There's a law that says this shouldn't happen, but it's border line, & you would have to fight it(ie court)

Do you have manual or auto? I have headers, supercharger and suspension mods all done by the dealer and they have not voided my warranty on the car. But if mods go bad I am on my own and I will have to deal with manufacturer of the mod.

How the heck does a transmission go out due to headers and CAI?

You would be shocked at the things I've heard dealer service & managers say.

Here you go. Have a read. I think you should be OK with headers and an intake....

A lead foot and constant smashing of the pedal?

Also its all up to your dealership on what will void a warranty and what not. Park Ave Acura in NJ never said anything to me about my mods when my car was getting warranty work done to it....even my headrest monitors which kept settin my SRS sensor off which they changed about 4 times under warranty

Also check the site that RaviNJCLS linked you too its the magnussom warranty act......basically says that they must prove that the mod actually caused that specific part to fail.
