My brakes suck!

I have a 02 cl-s with 45k on it the car is in perfect condition with the exception of 1 small dent. When I first got the car I noticed some vibration in braking from about 60 on down to about 20. I took the car back immediately to have it fixed they said they turned the front rotors. Got the car back and still felt the vibration just not as bad so I took it back again, they turned the back rotors. Drove the car for about 3 days and started felling the vibration again and it has gotton progressively worse since then. I had the front wheels off the car and looked at the rotors, they looked like shit all rusted and flakey on the inside. Is this something that I can go to the dealer with and demand new rotors and pads under warranty or should I just live with it until I can afford the BBK?

Same here. If you can't afford a BBK, look into getting the Rotora rotors. I haven't heard too many people complaining that they warp.

thats funny I'm at 40k miles and my stock brakes are still smooth as new....is it true that warp rotors are caused by city driving?
