washier fluid frozen

fuk, it froze!! I just checked, I got one of those Rainx expensive fluids that are only good until 30F. And bastards only mention it in a small print that its freezes at 30F. Do you think this could damage anything?? I am planning to warm up my car and top it off with a good washier fluid...

The only thing it could really do is crack the resevoir when the fluid expands. But you should be fine.

That's happened to me before. Warm up the car and it should be OK. I know there is one that will go a lot below 30F. In fact it was about 10 degrees the other night and mine worked fine. I buy the cheapo crap at the gas station.

go to your nearest BJ or Costco or even Sam's Club and buy the washer fluid called de-icer you can't miss it cause the liquid is orange and it's not expensive at all. Works fine with my car under some serious low temperatures. I'll take a pic of the bottle right now and post the pic up gimme a second.

mine was also Rain-X, and it was like 3times more money than regular. But small print says 30F. Its a scam, I did not even know that they still make washier fluids that freez at like 30F. I thought it was pretty much standard for it freez at like 20F bellow zero, this is really unacceptable from company like Rain-X, their products are expensive.
