Whats up with RDX owners?

Is that why I launched the car twice when I was there, one of which might have been recorded by Bees friend? Makes sense....

Correct, you did leave after we ate. The majority of us went to the UNC campus (IIRC) to take pictures afterwards. This is a pointless argument though...
Since you dont want to drive far, find a 1/4 mile track near you. If I beat you, you pay for my gas there and back. If I lose, then I lose. I think thats fair since you want me to drive 4+hrs just so you can compare cars.

You guys are too funny. All jokes aside we should all try to get together one day and meet at a track. That would be fun as hell having a bunch of cl's running together.
So since your using the 08tls cams what other set of cams do you have richardparker?

Not using them because I need more compression.
And I'm not sure if I want to shave the heads yet.
I don't want to put it into a full rebuild since pistons might need work for clearance.
I might have 4400miles or so on the build now.
The cams have more aggessive specs than the level 2's

That's too far for me unless I was to take a vacation or something.
Somebody make a poll with differnt tracks/organize something for the spring where we could get a good group of cars together.
Another 15lbs out of the car so far today.
It's so post to be 63-64 degrees in NC this week end. Perfect weather . I'm sure it would be a bit more cold in NJ.

I'm going to create a thread so we can all BS and chat there and discuss more about this drag strip meet. Don't want to clutter Rich's thread.

I say we meet at Virginia Motorsports Park, Maryland International Raceway, Richmond Dragway, Atco, or Englishtown. Any of those tracks would be good since were all on the east coast. I'll chime in the new thread lol.

^ 25.5" wouldn't be too bad considering you have the 3.7 torque. You may be better off, unless of course you can find a 24.5" wheel/tire combo with wide tires (245+). That would be ideal. Motets Traklites are super light as are RPF1s. 16x8(+) would be best IMO, unless you have by breaks and can't fit 16s.
Btw great run. 8.5x is very impressive as is 86mph. Currently I'd guess your car is good for 13.0-13.1. A perfect run with a 2.0x 60' should net you a 12.x. Congrats on running a new PB. What size are your wheels/tires now?

Wheels now are:
Front wheels 20lb 18's
Front tires 25lb 245/40/18 nitto nt05
Rear wheels 20lbs 18's
Rear tires 22lbs 215/40/18 kumho solus
There is weight to shed here and with the right tire it could lead to a statement for the N/A guys.
You know I will be trying to remove some more weight before next weekend
