Aren't you going boost ?
Why would you bother putting headers on now ?
Seams like a waste of funds.

my turbo is belt driven and being built in a custom shop, its a centrifugal type, the shaft is being built and the internal drives are going to produce about 8 psi....4 to 5 is all the stock engine will allow because of the comp ratio...ill just set the blow off to get rid of the remainder. i told jim i heard the comptech roots style turbo pushed 8 psi and he said the roots heats up more than the centrifugal when compressing air hence the difference in psi from each style....sorry i forgot to mention they type i was running....oh he is also putting in a carbon fiber impeller too...sweet cant wait.

So its a supercharger....

Be careful with that cf impeller. You dont want it to come apart on you.

U can use the s2k injectors if ur runninh low boost. Their more expensive but no work is needed for them to fit. And their 370cc. Few years back someone on here was running 11lbs on a stock block. As dor coils, thinjim is using some cbr coils. Thats what i read a while back in his build thread. Not sure what cbr or how he got them to stay in place.

this is not the built motor. thats still some what in progress.

theirs info on the s2k injectors on here. just search and ull find multiple thread on em. but they are not cheap. the rdx injectors are cheaper but need to be modified.

no one but thinjim has done the cbr coils (yes, crotch rocket). u would need to contact him about those. he never got back to me on how he made the work. just told me he is using them

no. we had a flood, a really bad one a week ago and i car was taking on water. but i pushed it further up the driveway so it didnt flood like my tl did last year. got cam spacers for the 07 tl-s cams and have to put those in. i contacted blueprintracing for prices on their forged piston, iron sleeves and forged rods. but i still need an engine bay harness.

If you wanted a cf lip now would you have went with something else ?
Would any adhesives hold it down or is it just that stiff that screwing is the only way ?

Cam spacers as in the ones that fill the space between the difference of the 2g and 1g J-series cams? Where do you get those made or find the specs to have them machined?

grats on the award. Looking forward to updates.

Are you tracking/competing in the car or is that front splitter just for looks. It looks a little fragile.

i did it quick for the winter so it protects my bumper from the snow bc my bumper was that duraflex stuff. it did its job till we got hit with a thunder snow day. i will make better mounting brackets for it when it gets warm, this was just a quick fix. i will be tracking it this year

Nice. I am curious how you mounted your harness? Will you be installing a harness bar or roll bar?

I need to get my roll bar already to really make my car safe and get the right angles for all the belts.

Cool. I know that shop and Vinny's work from jdmchicago. I bet his price will be very reasonable. I will be getting my work done at king motorsports.

Roll cage or a roll bar? Without a helmet the roll cage might make it even more dangerous. My uncle died from hitting his head on a roll cage without a helmet.
