i was thinking about it and i proably could fit a spacer, but it be plugging all the vacuum ports, and then moving the vacuum ports to the underside (with a vacuum distribution block proably too) of that back cover to make sure they clear the bar

but i would need better mounts first (RUF87) so the engine would not move around so much to avoid hitting the bar

so not quite as easy of a bolt on for most people

Nice. Let me know how that is. I am running 80a all around and its pretty stiff, but comfortable for me. The car does vibrate/rattle at idle though.

dudeee that sucks. If you knew you were getting that lip earlier you could have waited to get your front bumper painted. Now you have to spend the money to paint it again.

keep exhaust gasses from entering the intake. cleaner and cooler air, more power.
cell will pop up, but im gonna think of a way to bypass it. i know that maxima guys use resisters not sure if i can but im gonna look into it.

and the plate looks awesome

should not be flowing any EGR during WOT anyways, but for a track car, it is not really needed, and those valves are kinda heavy suckers too, so less weight for you is better

i thought you were just going to go full standalone anyways, that would fix it right away,

only other way i would think to defeat the light would be with a AEM f/ic with the o2 sensor skew (something else might be able to skew the o2 too, idk)(cause the computer will be expecting to see a change in the o2 when the vlave is engaged), and still leaving the valve wired up (pretty sure it has a potentimeter inside it that the computer wants to see move when the valve is turned on)

thats where the problem lies. know one know for sure.
i want to go full standalone but not for that price. fic looks like my choice now, unless that one guy on j32a comes up with something

should work from a design/programming point of view, but it be a matter of getting really good programing, and working on that, but it definetly won't be easy to get it to work properly with the light staying off as wanted
but from a mechanical point of view it would be easy to disable it, as said just block it off, and to mount the valve just put it on top of the block off plate with longer bolts, but i know you did buy the plate for it's looks though

actually from the mechanical part you would actually have to mount it off the plate some so the valve could actually open

or just tap and plug the passage further up like at the intake manifold to block it
