I think Demk1 or someone had some porsche tips... it looked alright, but it didnt fit the cut outs that well... i say go with the CT axlebacks or the full catback you'll have the best gain.

Dem1K had the set up; like veeral said, you're better off goin w/ another set up, it looked pretty good, but I think it was a bit off cause it didnt' match the bumper cut outs. $0.02.

lol, just so happens that I am online right now and saw this

Yes it was me who put on 911 tips on my CL-S. They looks f'n sweet from certain angles. However, from MOST angles, including directly from the back, it didn't look all that great. The shape of the tip didn't fit the cutout all that well. Perhaps if we installed them differently it could have worked out, but mine were welded on and I was f'd from there on out. Nothing wrong with experimenting - try out one of the other tips. Here are a few pics btw if you wanna see em:

IMO the woulda looked better if they were flipped over the other way. may have fit the bumper better.

questions answered:

1) I sold the license plate already, sorry bro
2) They arent upside down - that's how they are on the Porshce
3) That's what everyone advised after I posted pics, but it was too late at that point

Essarak has 911 turbo tips on his CL. They look sick on his car, but I don't know how they would look on a stock bumper.

They are $$$$$$ though. I believe he mentioned they were $700 for the tips new. You may be able to find a used set on www.6speedonline.com though.

No I don't (although I have seen Essearaks car before and after the changes).

Thats why when one winds up in a 5 page spread in Modified Mag, its something you remember. Not to mention there was a whole thread about him being in the magazine ( https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=176125 ).
