New car question...

New car question...

My lease on the CLS is up in a few months. While I have enjoyed it for 2 and a half years, it isnt worth it for me to buy the car. Ive been trying to narrow the list down for a couple weeks now with no success. Any help you could give me would be extremely helpful.

The main cars I am looking at:
G35 sedan and coupe
04 TL
M3
C55
C6 corvette coupe
C5 corvette coupe

If anyone owns or is ordering one of these, I am very interested in hearing your opinion on what its been like.

Isn't the 04 TL the most bang for the bucks? If you go with one, get the 6MT

I went and looked at the TL today while getting the CLS serviced and it impressed me. Didnt drive it, but the interior was great. i dont know if I want a 4 door or not. Ive ruled out the C class....seen too many of them recently and the others I really dont see alot of.

As for the MT I had one before and really enjoyed it until I started driving in traffic on I-4 everyday.

C6 all the way. 400hp for 42k ish. Plus Chevy redesigned the interior and it looks a hell of a lot better. I love the G35 and M3 but they're all pretty much at that price(g35 loaded) The downside is no back seat

hey, which acura did you buy yours at, was it Fountain Acura?

My lease is also almost up, but i want my car payment to go down more than half so im thinking about buying my Cl, what is your residual value?

That list of cars is all over the map.. I'd first try to understand what type of car you want first, and then look at what cars fall in your price range.

You have both the C5 Conv & C6 Conv... If cost isn't an issue, I see no reason why you should get the C5 other than not wanting to wait for the C6.

The C32 is discontinued. The C55 is the new one. Same engine as the SL55 just not supercharged. 362 HP. Looks incredible but I would have to wait till Oct-Nov when it comes out to get an idea on it.

Actually I bought mine at Acura Carland in Atlanta. I put nothing down on mine and I believe (have to check) the residual is close to $18g.

The max price I can go is around $60. Ive saved up off the budget for a few years and can finally afford my "dream car."

M3 and the vette have always been my favorites but the pictures of the C55 are unbelievable.

^^ I agree with Lex daddy can't beat the bang for your buck factor on it . On the other hand the G35c 6mt w/aero, or M3 would be nice too. and both have back seats.

i would go tl, but you should drive them all and see what you like best, maybe write down on a piece of paper what you are looking for in a car and whatever car matches it get that one

Dude if ur looking for C6, C5, C55 and etc.... why cars like TL and G35 are on ur list?

I say get the C55... i know the new C6 is nice and all that but i still dont trust chevy stuff.. that is just my opinion..

I like the NSX, more exclusive, and is reliable. Saw a beautiful light grey metallic one at the dealer. Never liked vettes that much, the new ones are more Japanese now, and better tho.

NSX is about 90k....thats just a tad out of the range. Theyre nice but Ive never really thought they were worth the money (lets not go into this argument again).

If its your only car, don't get a Vette (had a 99 coupe). I like the C55 but it doesn't look any different than the C32, dual pipes......do you want an automatic 4 door?


Don't think you could go wrong with anything on that list though, none are bad cars. I would just think twice about a Vette if its a primary car.

Have had an 04 M3 for some time now, its been great thus far.
