To answer your question Rondog: I have little to no wheel hop on hard launches. I also have every dampner and mount for this car along with stiff coils, front sway, new links and balljoints. As a whole my front end is stiff and the car just leaps forward when I let out the clutch. Now I can't speak for those who are putting down more power like rondog who is running a supercharger. Interested in seeing how they hold up to that type of punishment. Those guys have got to see an improvement over oem mounts regardless ...

Kind of wanted to wait until i put some more miles on the mounts before i chimed in but whatever.. like Josh said, i shot up to his shop on friday to get the mounts installed on my 02 Tl-S.. Like he said my rear mount was destroyed.. so i couldnt wait to see how she felt on the ride home.. Unfortunately i left to head home at a bad time lol.. was stuck in rush hour traffic on i-95... an hour and a half trip up there turned into a 4 and a half hour trip coming home (CT -> NY) ... but the chances i did have to open up a little sure were fun.. Overall, Acceleration and shifts are alot smoother and crisp.. at highway speeds acceleration is instant and you can feel theres no more play...

As far as concerns about vibrations, it didnt really bother me.. I dont really drive my car as much anymore, commute via train to work so i didnt care to begin with. But having sat in 4 hours of traffic with the mounts i must say they did not cause as bad of vibrations as i was anticipating.. if anything my bass from my system was cause more vibrations then these did.. dont get me wrong the vibrations are increased compared to stock mounts at idle.. but not enough to bother me at all, especially sitting in traffic, where they would be worst.. Car drives nice and smooth through acceleration and at highway speeds, no vibrations present.. If anything ( for lack of better verbal description) you "feel" the mounts working more, keeeping the motor stiff and in place..

Tech who did my install mentioned theyd probably settle in a little bit after around 1000 miles, but personally i have no problems with the way they are now.. if your looking to buy track stiffness motor mounts you should anticipate whats to come anyways.. Overall, huge improvement for me.. my car is fully bolted ( I/H/P/full exhaust and HFC) so these mounts really help put to power down well..

Also a big to josh and his boys at the shop.. they do great work and are all cool and friendly.. if your in the area, i recommend him if you need work done, or if your close enough like me, it was def worth the drive from long island to get the job done right!!!

will post more impressions as i put more miles on them, or if you have any questions, ask away!!

I'm curious now to hear of actual 62A (confirmed) mounts installed.

Exactly. I'm hoping that vibrations on the 62A mounts will be similar to OEM, maybe just a little more.

Waiting on our large shipment. These side mounts are coming on those 2 pallets of mounts. We are just waiting on the bushings to arrive, which are due in next week to the fabricator. So we should have these in 1-2 weeks.

I need some clarification.

The shipment that you are waiting for to come in with the side mounts, is it ONLY side mounts or will there be other full 75A sets in there? Im getting close to a breaking point where Im going to ask for a refund. Im not holding this against you Josh as its the manufacturers fault, but I cant keep driving around with blown mounts. Its putting stress on everything else.

The side mount isnt a load bearing mount. If its moving like that, something else is loose/worn.

Check the install on the front and rear mounts again and check the condition of the tranny mounts.

Yea, but what Im getting at is the side mount is load bearing. So if its moving that much, something else isnt working properly. You can run a blown side mount and the engine shouldnt move that much if the remaining mounts are good.

How old are the tranny mounts? It would be worth it to replace them if they are old, especially since you did the others.

I have been wondering how the tranny mounts will hold up, and if I should just replace them also.

The rest of our shipment is coming in; dozens of mount sets, side mounts, bushings, etc.

Most of the vehicles we have worked on have had blown rear mounts. I'd check your rear mount.

I installed the 75a front and rear mounts a couple days ago. I noticed a huge difference right away. The car feels a lot better now. I'm still waiting on the side mount to come in, my oem one is done lol. I also have the stiffy engine torque dampener installed. I removed the oem front and rear dampeners. I do notice more vibration when the a/c is on but I don't care hopefully once I get the side mount installed it will never break a mount again.

To streetka I just wanted to let you know I did the same test with my engine after I installed the front and rear mounts and my engine hardly moves at all even with a completely broken side mount. I checked my trans mounts while I was doing the install and they look fine but I might get new ones anyways just to have every mount new since the oem ones are almost 8 years old.

I have gotten word from the fabricator that the bushings arrived. The mounts are being assembled. The freight company will be arriving on Tues/Wed of next week to pick up my shipment. I should have it the week after.

I want to thank everyone for their patience. It's been a long road for Excelerate and for our customers but we are determined to finish this project and get everyone their mounts. As soon we have them we will start shipping them. You will get an email with tracking info.

Is he sending you the correct polyurethane bushings for the ones that already went out, or are you shipping the mounts for him to replace them?

The shipment you're receiving will include the 62a bushings as well?
