jayru, mdaniel, z28typeSWRXkid theres been tons of discussions/threads on the '02 fob (the remote thingy), it is new and redesigned in the '02 TL's and looks really sleek. A lotta people on here got it, reprogrammed it (VERY easily) and are using it. I dont have the bandwidth (28k right now) to do a search of the other threads for you ... but you should be able to find tons. Apparently it costs about $50 and takes <5 mins to reprogram for the CL-S.
