First you want to remove the bottom part of the seat. Pull up on the front of the seat(the part where the back of your knees would be if you were sitting in the back seat. Pull it straight up, this will release the back portion of the bottom at the same time.
Repeat for the other side. This will expose four bolts for the backrest portion of the seat and tho for the center console. When you remove these the center console will pull right out. You then want to lift the rear section of the seat.
Replace in reverse order

There should be two release levers on each side of the seat. They are between the carpet and the bottom of the lower seat. You have to pull the lever out and then lift lower seat. It should pop out. It would probably be easier to do one side at a time. Once that is gone, you will have no trouble getting to the bolts for the other part of the seat.

Yup, just pull on them. They don't come all the way out. They move just enough to release the seat. Pull on the handle, then lift the seat.</font>

Sorry, I meant the levers. They are only big enough to get a couple of fingers through.</font>
