Squeak sound when comming to a full stop....

This noise came from nowhere. It was raining quite hard the last couple days. I noticed that when I brake to come to a full stop ( e.g., at a stop light), the car will of course dip a bit. However once the CLS come to a full stop and lift its nose, I hear this strange squeaking sound comming from the front section. I suspect that the sound is from the decompressing front springs. Does a lube job will fix this, or is this the symptom of a bigger problem ?

Thanks.
