yes.....follow manual. Vary your speed, don't use cruise control, no wide open throttle, and do not rev past 5k.

welcome to the board and enjoy your ride

Frozen at the North Pole? Buried and forgotten? CL sperm bank?

Yes, there is a big cryogenic CL sperm bank that keeps the gene pool varied.

But seriously -- good question

The "common" online new-car-auto search engines don't seem to allow a lookup of Acura + 2003 + CL...

I've been to a few acura dealers in the last month and none of them have new (03) cl's on the lot. I thought all the new ones were long gone.

ahh yes .. I have heard that they are still available in Canada. I think one guy about a month or two ago bought a new 6spd. "stu mcrea" was his name I think.

I did exactly rip it up. But, I did start to get "on it" after about 1000 miles (not KM). I kept increasing the revs and load. I’m not telling you what to do – only what I did.

I did vary the revs before 1000 miles, and I just didn’t WOT the sucker during the first 1000. I did bring the revs up and ran a lot of different loads and speeds.

I also bedded in the brakes.
