Your not going to find an OEM new. So the knockoff will be fine. The indents for the 4 holes are already in the trunk lid so install is easy.
Be warned, though it will add weight to the trunk lid & it will not stay up when open.

You can just order and install (not suggested by yourself) a set of new stiffer trunk springs to handle the added weight. I will be ordering a set myself and its about 20-30 dollars.
What condition is your trunk lid? I've got a spoiler on my CL, and I honestly don't like it. I'd much rather have no spoiler at all. If it's in good condition I'd be willing to trade you.

I don't have any part numbers, but I bought a set from a member here in the black market. I have yet to install them because I don't have the tool yet. I read a few posts here about installing them and I can't afford to loose any fingers!
My CL has a spoiler but it is after market OEM style. It was on the car when I bought it. After doing some research here, I discovered it was not genuine OEM because it does not say ACURA on the under side. However, my trunk has fallen on me quite a few times and it is very very annoying
. The bars in the trunk presently are a grey color similar to the body color (AM). The ones I purchased are black. I have to go to my parents tomorrow to check my mail. The bars are in their garage. I'll check to see if they have a part number on them and post back.

If your going to go through the trouble of purchasing and painting a spoiler you might as well just buy a carbon fiber wing instead of getting a OEM style one. Get what you think looks the best but make sure to look at after market wings, you never know what you may find that you like.
do you think that carbon fiber oem style spoiler is gonna look good ? idk. i just want put oem on it and i know the lid is gonna fall on me. but is anybody here who got fixed that problem ? {"The bars in the trunk presently are a grey color and they are not similar to the body color" i got NBP and they are grey too

I was told by Tim @ Hondacuraworld this is correct as i found 2 part numbers on AZ. 28.00+3.95 from him. I hope its right, because i plan to get this from him too.
And search, fuzzy, thats how i found it

dont ban me please
So this is the part number for the original springs? I'll ask tim before I order it to make sure their the black ones, but it might take sometime for me. so fuzzy, if you want to, you can ask tim for us.
