Someone correct me on my figures if im wrong but I thought on vacuum the pressure was supposed to be high 30's and off vacuum about 60psi. Also, is it not more desirable to have lower FP at WOT when possible, possibly by using a 1:1 FPR?

There is no rubber O-Ring gasket on the plugs.

I think the gasket he was refering to was the one in the valve cover

I love that running smiley

So anyone else curious as to why they dont have double Iridium plugs? Or the new Accord dual probe plugs? (ground electrode looks like center electrode)

Obviously you need to do it with your car on.

No accessories running.

ok, ive been fiddling with the fuel pressure, and it seems no matter what psi i set it to, anywhere from 25 to 40 psi at idle, the car still runs rich. why is that?

How do you know the car is running rich? Unless you are throwing P0175 codes you aren't too rich.

Your AFR should be deep in the 11s most of the time while you're running wide open.

IMO that means very little since there is a possibility that the gauge is either not hooked up correctly or malfunctioning. you need to bring the car into a professional with the blower OFF THE CAR and get it running right.

Guys need to get off this driving kick. I don't consider any of that ragging on a car with 300+ supercharged horses.

If your static fuel pressure was 20psi your car would stall.

What is your static fuel pressure?

Set your fuel pressure @ idle (warmed up car) to 38-40psi with VAC connected. There's no way you can be running @ 20psi @ idle.

Doesn't matter what it says when the car is off.

The stalling going into neutral could be a vacume leak.

Please tell me the gauge isn't mounted inside the cabin.

38psi static? You should be adjusting your static fuel pressure. Not in vacuum.

I don't want to sound rude, but it has become quite obvious that the issues you are having with your car are beyond your knowledge. I'd seek professional help.

Okay then it is an airflow problem. If the car was too rich you would be storing P0175s. Clearly it isn't too rich in closed loop so I don't think fuel is the problem. If the car stalls while going in to neutral it could very well be a IAC valve problem.

Did you ever purchase the scan tool? The ScanGaugeII is a good product that will display everything you need.
