Dman I feel like telling you that your engine is gone, do you see any damage if you take out the plugs and peek through the whole, do you see any damage?

You'll see oil in the intake system but check the intake piping/elbows where oil shouldn't really be.

I've seen our motors idle and run on 5 out of 6 cylinders when that one cylinder and a piston with a hole in it.

There was oil in the intake elbow and piping. Anywho the car is at Dallas' finest performance shop, lets see what happens

i bought the motor 2 years ago and has been sitting in my garage since. i will do a compression test on it and find out. this other motor has about 18k on it, hopefully all is well

well the motor wasnt blown then. it was just misfiring. but obviously it took its toll slowly

im rebuilding the motors head. the block is fine, its the head that has some issues

And guess what, I can get away with it. I enjoy learning on my own. I've been in the game and business for a while and everyday learn something new. Why this motor ran lean I do not know. I never figured I I needed tuning as of now running the SBP.

Did they do a leakdown test? How did they determine what's bad? You may want to go through the whole motor and get a fresh start.

that motor is garbage, but with this guy's track record, he will rebuild it, and then post up here in 6 months after he drops it in and wondering why his supercharged 3.5L is only making 180whp
