38psi static? You should be adjusting your static fuel pressure. Not in vacuum.
the gauge is under the hood and runs inline with the fpr

fuel pressure is set while the car is running at idle. if ud like to elaborate whether that is static or in vacuum, your more than welcome

Well, are you setting the fuel pressure in vacuum or out of vacuum? That's the difference.

That's too high. Back it down to 65psi if you are using the high boost pulley.

You shouldnt even need to touch the fuel pressure/adjust the FPR if you're running the standard boost pulley from the SC kit. Everything should've been running fine out of the box.

Some fine tuning may be required on each car. It's no uncommon.

dont easily jump on the ECU man, if you have tried to check the coils? what's the plugs look like? Clean the inside of those coils slot, check for water or moisture... try NGK's, that equievalent to IK22.

Well you just need cooler plugs the IK20s are just as strong as IK22s they're just a hotter heat range. You want to transmit less heat to the next intake charge with the IK22s

It seems as if the OP should just send the car to a professional shop to get his problems taken car of quickly and efficiently, instead of doing a random diagnostic over the span of a month or two, like some other people on this board

If they weren't absolutely required they wouldn't be packaged with the kit.

I see no reason to spend thousands of dollars on a supercharger kit and then skip the $70 spark plugs.

Check to see if you skip a tooth on your timing belt.
Don't run your car during cold starts.
Check your o2 sensors.
Check to see if your timing marks on the cam gears are where they should be.
Hell, do you have 93 octane? Car seems to be in limp mode.
Did you do a leak down compression test? Pretty sure you did, but I'll ask anyways.

And lastly, I truely wish I remembered the name of the part, but all cars have a ______ that protects the ecu from "going out". So usually you would replace that part before ever thinking about changing the ecu. If only I could remember the name of that part for you to check out.

I really don't know what else to tell you. At this point, I would hand the car over to a great tuner shop, and tell them to do what it takes to fix the issue. But that's just me.

Something tells me that up until changing the spark plugs over the weekend the OP hasn't done much other than play with the FPR.

Just a hunch.
