so i'm on my way to the bank. i'm parked on a decline so i curbed my wheels and fed the meter. went inside the bank for about 10 minutes. come back outside and find a ticket on my windshield? wtfs going on? look at my meter, 1 minute left, look at the citation and found this...



now i gotta go protest this damn citation! what a waste of my time!

Take it back to the same place, put the ticket on the windshield, re-set your date on your camera, take a pic of the car and wheels and submit w/ ticket pleading not guilty. If the wheels were curbed as you say, there's no excuse for writing this ticket

We have shit-heads that triple park in NYC and they are usually there because they are in line to get a cup of coffee and a donut same as the cop.

True, but when you do get one, its not $35, it's $85, with a $30 surcharge. A surcharge to pay them money that you didn't want to pay in the first place, CRAZY!! . But honestly, its not always just the money, it is just the waste of time that he has now!

Yeah, same place, he was parked opposit corner facing portola. his wheel was resting on the curb.

 

i failed my driving test cause the guy said i needed to curb my wheels, pull the ebrake and leave the AUTO car in gear
i did all except leave the car in drive-and i flipped the F out on him for failing the test
