Angry Don't do the A1 service

I knows that sounds crazy but my V6 TLX tech fwd was fine before that, they changed the oil and rotated the tyres then the party started, wheels vabrated at 65-80 mph and click like sound from the left front side of the car... took it back to dealer after one day received a call from them told it was a bolt to be tighten at struts... I went today to picked it up and after 5 meters the click sound still there, bring it back to them and they listened to the sound and told me to go and they will contact ACURA and when they get some useful $hit they will inform me.

Don't do the A1 service

How many miles when you did it? How hard do you drive it? You can't blame the service for that.... The rotation had something to do with it

If they just changed the oil and rotated the tires maybe it is a balancing issue with the tires. This would cause vibration rather than noise though

They said the balance was good and they can't go over the 70 mph coz it's not legal? I told them sometimes you have to reach 80 mph for overtaking..
My really concern is the sound that comes from the front left suspension!
I posted here for advice and help from you guys.

Another member on this forum had the same issue. He said that after the service, he felt major vibration and those guys took like a month and couldn't find the issue. I'll see if I can find that thread.

After 17,900 miles, one year and 2 services by the dealer, I have not seen this issue.

I have the I4 with no issues. Drives great.

The clicking makes me want to say its one of the CV joints. However, if you were driving straight, it wouldn't make a sound. Bad axle, maybe? A harmonic clicking (faster with speed) would have something to do with rotating assembly.

Any chance they bent the brake shield? I did that on my wifey's Sonata :dunce: and it made a harmonic "tick" sound. Jacked BOTH front wheels up, put jack stands underneath, removed wheels, put car into drive, got out and sure enough I could hear and see it rub on the rotor at one certain point. Bent the shield back, voila, problem solved. Reassembled and good to go, lol.

I ask for just the oil change and tire rotation so I don't have to pay for the A1 service, most of which is a bit of a rip-off. After 20k miles on my V6 FWD, I've been through a couple of A1/tire rotations and don't notice any ticking. My tires are starting to suck, but no ticking. lol.
