so how bout this work? Does the shot of N20 or CO2 just cool everything down for a bit? Would you have to constantly be spraying?

its just like using NOS but instead it sprays into your intercooler for a supoer cold air charge.

The main reason they made this product is when drag racers use the burnout box the intake temps would go up because air to air intercoolers need air passing through them to cool the air inside them. The product is used to cool down the intercooler so it doesnt heat up while the vehicle burns out in the burnout box... But now its used for show, but the original purpose was for the burnout box...

Good write up. Doesn't seem practicle for constant use, maybe for occassional or track use. I think my next mod will be the UR pulley.

some company also makes a co2 system that sprays inside a bulb placed in the intake tube. in the back of my mind i always wondered if it would work. but it cost alot for a theory.

This does work because it lowers the intake temps by many many degrees. But I think it would be too expensive, I would just run nitrous instead...

The NOS Nter cooler chiller would probably actually put frost on parts of your intercooler for a few seconds while spraying. Taking that into consideration, you should see pretty impressive gains from it when in use. Of course like you guys already said, only practical for track purposes only. It would be quite expensive if you wanted to just use it on the streets for fun. You could always just hook up this purge for your IC then have a second solenoid to run your nitrous for your engine. You would need a big NOS bottle though, b/c the IC chiller will run your bottle out of NOS and ideal pressure real quick.
