Craigslist (Dallas) add for Xspower headers

Hey guys, please check out this link.

http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/pts/1122457236.html

He says they are Xspower headers and came off his '01 CL-S, and he only wants $80

I've never bought headers and the only experience I have is what I've briefly read on this site.

Does it look like everything's there?? What kind of questions do I need to ask him?

Looks like everything is there. Not bad considering you can't get them new right now but they were $90 when new.

everything is there, but those are the gaskets that come with them from XS, i would recommend buying new ones from Acura...make sure you jump on these quick!

So I'm only saving about 10 bucks??

Oh well....

I guess the only thing I need to worry about when I inspect them is hairline cracks?? Is this right?

There looks like a bad dent (even cracked) right where the front pipe bends.
If he was local I would check it out in person to make sure its just a dent not a crack!

Not the welds look in the pic where the front pipe bends, right after the bend, looks like someone took a hammer to it!

For $80 I'd just go with them. What's the big problem. They suck and you can sell them.

Maybe its just me, maybe its just and older design, but my flex pipe that came with my XS headers looks nothing like the one pictured. The flex section on mine is more slim line and a longer. Not the short stubby looking one pictured. Possible stock flex pipe?
