CLS/CLP AT shift knobs

Are the CLS and the CLP shift knobs basically the same dimensions, or is the CLP taller than the CLS knob? I don't particularly like the plastic button on the S knob and am considering changing it out to the P since it is all leather.

Just a wacky idea... GM, measure a yours (since you have a CL-p), and gaping46/2, measure yours. Post the results for verification. Also, Green Machine can you post a pic of yours? I'd like to see what a CL-p shift knob looks like. I never paid any attention to it.

Looks like the CLS knob is roughly 3.5in in height from the chrome base to the top of the plastic button.

Anyone with a CLP kind to share some info, please?

And no snide remarks from the peanut gallery about measuring or comparing knobs!

I just think the type-s on top of the shift knob is just a little out of place on the interior of our cars.

I like the wood grain one with the Acura emblem on top, but I don't really want to shell out $70 for it.

Cl'er was too quick...I have pics posted up in DEP gallery, you can see the shift nob. I like the clean leather look. The type-s one looks too JDM, LoL
