If someone finds an RGB-1, let us know. I will order one. Another one. I already have one and it works great, but after using it for almost a year, I'm afraid it might fail and then where would I be. That's almost worse than not having one to begin with....I would just die if I couldn't watch a video on my Navi [anymore] with all this other [now useless] equipment installed.

He said it would be in two weeks on APril 8th, that was 18 days ago...

 

Why was this product cancelled if there's such a demand? Isn't there other products out there that allow you to do what this product does? Didn't Pioneer come out with a successor to this product?

 

When that product was available, I don't think anyone really wanted it. Now that it's gone.....

Also I don't think a couple 100 people can be call "demand".

 

Could someone perhaps ask about the AVC-RGB1 alternative clone that TypeSDragon had mentioned?

there is a commercially avaliable chip (ic) that can convert from RCA to RGB. I looked into this before, and it did not seem that tough. I was too lazy to look in to it more. So I setteled with the GEX model mod.

 

well, this clone that steveSMS is supposedly making will also have a TV tuner built in.

but he did say it would be done in two weeks, and that time is now up
