Add me to tranny replacement list!
Well I took my car in for service today, and I told them about the slipping and rough shifting lately.
They called me back later to tell me my tranny needs replacement, because something internally went wrong.
He says it should only be a few days. I don't think we have a shortage up here in Canada.
BTW I have 19,000 km or under 12, 000 miles.
My DOM is 03/01.

Damn, another one bites the dust and this tranny problem only happens mostly on CL-S; never heard on a CL-P owner complaining or getting his or her tranny replace. I wonder if Acura solve this problem on 2002 model?

2002 tyranny
I have a 2002 Cl TYpe S and I dont have any problems, I bought mine on September 21st, I got the first Aegean Blue off the assembly line, and I have no problems with my tryanny.
Guess they fixed it or I havent driven it enough...

no i'm driving the CL..with tranny problems, untill it comes in..
if Moore gives you any bullshit like, "ive never heard of tranny porblems with the CL"

I got mine 2 weeks ago, in which I waited about 3 weeks, initially it was estimated 6 weeks, so i was happy.
The dealer knows how to BS, estimate more, get it early make the customer happy.
