What we need to find out now is what that MM2 is

Thank god companies are finally deciding to give Comptech some competition. GReddy with the headers and Jackson Racing with the supercharger.

I also hope the Unorthodox pulleys get most of their power gains from weight reduction instead of changing the pulley sizes.

I just got the comptech headers installed on dec. 26th, since they have redesigned their headers for any flaws and problems. Greddy is coming out with their new headers, but relatively new. Sure they make headers for other applications, but its the first design for a v6 header. Only way it wouldve attracted me into waiting and buying that, would be a low price. However, low price? does that say anything on quality or engine performance? As for the Comptech supercharger, thats a shit load expensive, but the jackson racing SC may be cheaper, both in parts and labor (Comptech needs parts moved). As for the RES, Im buying that immediately, SC is a big payment for a car. I cannot afford that probably heh. I think im gonna get RES, sways, struts, then chip it.

What you guys think?

I LOVE my headers from Comptech USA and my AEM intake!!!

They are fabulous. They are worth the money. I got them for 1150 from the dealer, with 50 bucks a hr labor. intake cost 282 with intake and bypass valve. Also 50 bucks a hr labor on that. I think that comptech is still the way to go till greddy comes out with a second version of their headers. comptech is experienced in the headers business for v6.

Are you thinking about getting the same Nashua?

I would go with the Comptech headers, purchase them from Tim at www.autocarparts.com

www.autocarparts.com

the RES everybody must get, thats a no brainer.... for the pulleys I was going to go with AEM, but then i hear about unorthodox pulleys, so I might wait on that. Jackson racing superchargers look promising, Ive looked at their site for the integras. I think that will be more affordable. Cant wait to see the price on it though, buttttt I dont want my tranny blowing every 3 months or less. Maybe Ill just get pulleys and suspension upgrades, then chip it.

I did my mods at the dealer, both the intake and the headers. It does not void your warranty, i have only 2200 miles on my car

i have a warranty on the parts, both of them as well.

nvp show me some of your dyno runs, unless you pulled that 300HP number out of your ass. I'm skeptical because claiming 40HP from headers and a CAI makes you sound like that trash-rag magazine Import Tuner

I don't know if every1 forgot but the AEM EMS is due out f1st/2nd quarter of 2002.

Yeah thats at the crank, best way to look at things, damn losing performance from the crank to the wheels :o

, since i got the fastest car in my high school lot!

For that, IM PROUD OF MYSELF

Has any one taken there car to the dyno that can post a sheet? i am thinking 30hp to the ground is way far out there. i would really like to see the gains before a purchase. i would like to run someone with them that would be the best test for the street. any one live in jersey that what's to go to englishtown or just meet up to shoot the shit!!!!

Well with my WeaponR ECU and RC MM#2 I'm looking at around 50whp. Combined, with my Comptech headers, Around 80whp. As soon as I finish converting to the 6speed I'm going to throw on the new Comptech twin turbo kit and fuel system. I can't wait for my HKS TypeSS BOV to come in!!!
