Windows open by themselves!!!

This puzzled me the first time, when I saw my car with the windows rolled down on the parking lot. Had no idea how it happened. Now, it has happened overnight while the car was parked in my garage - all the windows were half way down. I tried to move them with my hands thinking that maybe something went wrong with the motors - no luck. They did not move. Rolled them up and went to work.
Anyone has experienced that?

I know there's a feature on your remote car key-chain that makes your windows go down. If you hold you unlock button for about 2-3 seconds all four windows goes down a bit... sometimes it goes down half way. This depends how you press and hold your unlock key. The longer you hold it, the more the window goes down. My question to you is that are all windows are down or just one of them? If its just one of them, you may want to take it to your dealer and have it checked out.

If you press and hold the unlock button on your remote transponder your windows will roll down and wont stop until you release the unlock button.

You know that you can roll the windows up using the key. Turn it to the lock position and hold it there and the windows will roll up. You can also close the sun roof after the engine is of and the key is out within, I think, 10 seconds. Manuals are a great read, I found out I could turn off my radio lights in my GSR by pulling the tone control all the way out.
pays to read the manual.

This happened to me the other day too actually. I was pretty confused when I came back to my car after work and saw that the windows were opened up a bit. But then I remembered that I may have pressed on the button combination to roll down the windows by accident when I was fumbling around for all my stuff I had to lug in the office. The same thing probably happened to you.
