Wheel stud and hub removal

I recently messed a 2 of my wheel studs and am going to replace them. I know that i have to remove the hub in order to have enough clearance in order to remove the studs. My question is if i bring my spindle to a shop to have the hub pressed out, will i have to replace the bearing also? Because on my previous honda when i pressed out the hub the inner part of the bearing came out with it.

Is this the front or back wheel studs?

You should ask the machine shop, because I have never done this on my TSX.

The bearing may or may not get damaged. Replacing the bearing will guarantee that you won't have any problems.

Not an expert, but, how badly did you mess up the studs? A year ago my TSX came back from a dealer service, and a month later, when I went to change the snow tires to summers, I noted a problem with one of the studs, when I tried to take it off. I should have gone back to the dealer with just 4 lug nuts on, but I put on the 5th one, too.

I was pushing for a hub replacement, but the technician just ran a thread chaser over it, and it's been fine ever since.

You take the chance of it going bad when pressing it out or when going back in. It is better to change it.
