Retraction of door rattle successful "Fixes"

The drivers door rattle has re-surface so I can no longer claim that those part numbers are the solution to this nagging problem. Anyone care to make an offer on a 04 TSX/Man Silver/Black w/8.5k miles?
My TSX has been in the shop for a total of 51 days since I bought it last July. I feel the need to share some of the "fixes" the dealer has made on the infamous door rattle/whistle. I hope it helps.

To fix the whistling from the drivers door (Successfully) they replaced the following parts:
72325-SEA-003 (L & R FR) Front door seals
76250-SEC-A21ZD (Mir. L DR. NH6) Special order Mirror

To fix the door rattle (UNSUCCESSFUL after 3 attemps)
72325-SEA-003 (see above whistle)
81536-SDA-A71 (Frame L FR)
77241-SECA00ZA (panel B DR NH)
72275-SEA-003 (Channel L. FR)
72375-SEA-003

To fix the dash rattle (So far unsuccessful...please someone give me some information)
80530-SDAA41 (Sensor assy)
77710-SEC-A11ZA (Holder NH515L)
83558-SEC_A02ZB (LNG L FR NH)
77241-SEC-A00ZA (PAnel B DR NH)

A few of my rattles have resurfaced as well. I think it must have to do with the change in weather. I am going to have to be more vigilant with my dealer.

Thumbs down Door Rattles

NOW 10 TIMES TO FIX THE DOOR RATTLES/BUZZING - Guess what? They are still there. Acura has worn me out, beat me down, "no problem found," "cannot be reporduced," "no repair needed," "I don't know what else we can do."
I give up.
I have heard it all.
Yesterday was the LAST time to the dealer(s) for this problem.
Where's my attorney?

I get the door rattles every time the weather is over 70 degrees. It's at the worst when cruising on the highway and listening to sports radio. I don't hear it as much with music playing. I've accepted it. The car is more quiet in the winter months. I brought it to the dealership once and they applied foam inside the door panels. It is quieter, but still rattles a bit. I feel that if the aluminum door strip was more solid and not hollow, it wouldn't rattle so much (that's my unprofessional advice from a person who has no experience in car interior design).

put foam on the side where the door panel meets the actual metal of the door....

I'm bringing in my car this Thursday to get the front right door rattle fixed. I can basically hear it if I have any music playing that has some type of bass and the volume on 25. Its pretty clear that its coming from the front right and it sounds like there's something shaking around inside the door panel. I hope they find it and fix it without screwing up anything else.

my rattle turned out to be a broken weld at the bottom where the pocket joins the door.

Each time the panel is removed it breaks again.

Did they weld it back together or used some other repair methods?

I think I may have found the issue to the door rattle. I was driving home today and my door rattle came back (I brought it in last week to get fixed, but obviously its not fixed), so I was thinking, what does it sound like. Well, it sounded like the passenger window was knocking against the door panel, so to test this out I moved over (while driving, don't recommend) and pressed the door panel against the window. The rattle diminished but it was still there. Then I was like, maybe the rattling is coming from the window not being sturdy enough when its fully up. So I decided to roll the window down a smidgen (no opening to the outside)...WALA! The rattling went away. I then rolled it back up and BAM the rattling came back. So I suggest to everyone to test this out if they have the passenger door rattle. Press the passenger window button a smidgen (just enough to not be fully up) and see if the rattles go away. This may help the dealership be able to figure out the rattling. I'm going to call up my dealership to see when they can take a look again since it wasn't fixed.

Yes! In the beginning I had to lower my windows a tiny bit to stop the rattling. But, strangely the dealer was able to get rid of most of the rattling, and after I had my doors dynamatted I haven't had any issues since.

Did you mention that to your service technician when you brought it in?
