A/C belt tensioner
it's basically a pulley that sits in the loop of the A/C belt that sets the tension
on the belt. If the tension of the belt is wrong, the system won't work properly.
is your whole A/C system not working?
I can't find that particular part for sale.
just the whole compressor, or condenser, or whatever.

excuse my ignorance, but is a/c air conditioner?
if it is then it works...
How I found out about this issue was that I there was a clicking noise from the front/passenger side when I was turning making right turns.

I fail to see how a clicking noise when turning would implicate the belt tensioner. There is only one belt tensioner in the car so that has to be what the warranty is talking about. I'm pretty incredulous about it's relationship to the problem you're describing though.

They diagnosed it as the a/c belt tensioner needs replacing.

I read your original quote from the warranty completely wrong. It's been a long... well last few months. Anyway, the warranty seems be talking about cam timing components (it is a chain in this car) rather than accessory components.
Why was your timing chain replaced? That should easily last the life of the engine.

my chain was replaced because the odom was bouncing off 500rpm when idling, almost like it was going to stall.
What I got replaced was
-Tens assy, c-cha
-Guide comp, c-ch
-arm comp, ch-chai
-timing chain
-guide b comp, c-
-sensor assy, cra

I don't know if there's two tensioner's.. "Tens assy" and "Ac belt tensioner"?
to be honest I'm not sure it does have anything to do with turning. I just hear it when I'm turning right at slow speeds where the engine doesn't drown out the noise.
It's like a clicking or knocking sound.

There is a chain tensioner for cam timing chain (you need to take things apart to see it) and a belt tensioner for the accessory belt that you should be able to see clearly. Did replacing the chain fix the idle problem? I'm hoping they came to that conclusion after testing a bunch of stuff because it's a very unusual part to have problems with.
The problem you are describing now sounds much more like a CV joint, a wheel bearing or something out of spec in the suspension. Maybe there's technical details your leaving out but if there's not, this shop sounds like they're just making random guesses about your problem. Guesses that don't even make sense.

it's my dealer.. haha
they've been pretty good at doing warranty work for me so far, but I'm coming up to the end of the my warranty.
I'm going to take it to a local shop just to confirm what the issue is.
Thanks everyone.

I also dunno if I'm leaving out any technical details.. not car savvy as you can tell.
I just know what I hear.. nothing feels wrong with the car. I wanted to check it out because I was still under warranty for major components.

remember since the car is in warranty an complait that is recorded will still be fixed after the warranty is up . so i would let the dealer handle it. also if the tensionor is broken you
will notice that it vibrates alot. most def when the a/c is on. you may here it when turning but only at stop and pulling into parking spots ,this is when the power steering is under the most load, putting more strees on the tensionor
