Pics of my TSX with Silverstar H1 installed
I got the bulbs at www.powerbulbs.com. They are not blue/white like those blue bulbs. In fact, it has no blue tint on it. But it is much brighter compared to stock! Perfect for occasions where I need to highbeam those people who cut me off
I also replaced the rear license plate lights to Blue Vision bulbs, now they are really white, not yellow looking!
Check out the pics here:

To remove the rear license plate lights:
1) open trunk
2) look for two rectangular rubber bumpers on the trunk cover. pry off the outer edge of the rubber piece (towards you) then slide the rubber piece to the right of the car (for the right piece). Slide to the left for the left piece. They should come right out.
3) use a Phillips head and remove the three grey-colored plastic "screws" that holds the Trunk cover in place. Be sure to remove the round plastic surrounds too, and keep them safe.
4) Remove the trunk cover. you will need to use a bit of force to move it around the trunk locking mechanism. Then just gently pull it out until you can access the innards.
5) gently pry off the license plate light enclosure by grabbing the sides. The hardest part is putting them back on since you cant' really see where you're putting it. Just remember how the enclosures came off in the first place. Unplug the enclosure if needed (I was able to do it without unplugging)
6) reverse steps to put the cover back on. The cover did get slightly stretched out...but not noticible unless you tell someone
Total time was 15-30 minutes of fumbling in the dark, but I think it's well worth it, and since the W5W were free, it's also a cheap install

I thought of that way also, but i saw some rubber surrounds. I didn't know how weatherproof it will be if I remove them I was afraid If I don't do it right, water will seep in and cause a short
