Titanium-finished console and door trim?
Titanium-finished console and door trim?
I was anticipating getting the the beige interior with the wood trim but when I was in the showroom today, it just didn't do it for me (no offense to those that prefer it).
The ebony interior is very sporty especially with the metal trim. My question is, has anyone found that it scratches easily? This has been a complaint with the metal trim on the 3 series BMWs and just wanted to know if that's the case here too.
I did a search but didn't find my answer.

the darker interior will appear cleaner.. i'd defintley go with it. No scratches on the metal trip, then again I try to be very careful. As far as the vinyl, that is extremely prone to scratches. I go to a guy that sells supplies to car detailers and he recommended i get a vinyl dressing to help protect the vinyl and it also darkens it down with a slight shine(nothing buttery)
So far so good! My Accord had more metal than the TSX does and after 1+ years, it was virtually scratch-free when I traded it in. I am thinking of getting the additional pieces for the TSX (window switches, console, etc) ... anyone know where I can get one of these besides the Stealer?

Go to google and type in "tsx metal trim kit" you'll find a FEW choices.

Additional Wood Trim
I ordered from exoticwooddash and immediately sent it back. It was very inferior and didn't match my wood at all. I finally ordered Honda factory original additions; but at a discount price ($250.00) from a certified Honda Parts retailer on eBay.
Addendum
Actually I ordered from Wood Dash Experts; but I'm sure they, Exoticwooddash, and B&I Trim all get there product from the same supplier. Namely:
