Okay, stupid question of the week
Okay, stupid question of the week
I know most of you are going to laugh, but here is the stupid question of the week. On some of the TSX's there is a small rectangle "box" on the rear centre of the roof just above the rear windshield.
Some TSX's have it and some don't. Is that "box" for the GPS for the navi?
(I didn't know how to search for small rectangle box)
I'll throw some at myself

Excited

If you really want to buy the factory XM you might want give the Black Market a try by starting a WantToBuy thread. Some TSXers want to switch over to Sirius and might be williing to get rid of their XM. If not try a parts site like this one
http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/ It might cost a pretty penny though.
Not sure if
has Sirius yet though, so your only option might be XM.

Thanks for answering my question.
Hmmm with Canada just getting XM, I wonder if the 06's will come with it?
Failing that, I will just get the little rectangle box that has the parachute in it. Heading down some the downslopes of the Rockies you can get pretty good acceleration. LOL
VTEC! What's VTEC!

It's near the muffler bearings...
If you have cross-drilled rear brake lines, you'll know where the VTEC is.

i have a spare VTEC in my garage for sale... only used it twice..
VTEC is hell on my mileage, thats why I uninstalled it completely. The car is much lighter without it but it won't rev as high. I'm thinking of going with a Comptech muffler bearing instead of OEM. Anybody have any experience with it?
I downloaded the manual and it is honk, shift and defrost to reboot the VTEC.
Actually I plan to upgrade the VTEC to VTEC premium plus. The 06's come with the VTEC plus but I want to upgrade to the premium.
