Noo idea
sup homies i leased a 08 black tsx around 6 months ago, and now I want to change it up a bit.. hopefully a new body kit and some rims. but im a complete nub- i dont know anything about the brands and the types of them. i tried looking around in google but the amount of information is overwhelming. btw just joined, thanks brothas
welcome, i think the biggest mod that will provide a subtle yet noticeable change is the ride height. i don't know how aggressive of a change you want. but i think a new suspension and maybe some wheels if your budget allows, will defidently give your car a new feel and attitude.
I would lower the car prior to a kit and rims or else it will look ridonkulous. I hate seeing cars with body kits and rims and not lowered, it just looks off. As for the kit and rims it would all depend on what look you're going for i.e. subtle, aggressive, stock etc.
There are plenty of kits out there from aspec to euro r to mugen to raven to kenstyle etc. Are you a part of MOD EDIT(naughty naughty)? I would go there as they have a lot more references to body kits with pics etc. Rims too. Just search before posting the question.

My bad mods.
Lowering...well that depends on the route you go. You can go two routes: coilovers or lowering springs and shock combo. Either way will lower but it would depend on your budget and what you would prefer. Main advantage to coilovers is that it's pretty much a direct swap and (for some) you can adjust it to whatever height and stiffness setting you want. Different strokes for diff folks so it would all depend on how much you wanna spend. You can go from about 500-700 for a springs set up to around 2K for coilovers. Of course you can get sets in the middle. I ordered BuddyClub coilovers which should come in about a month and I paid around 950 overall for them...you can get a bunch of diff setups from diff companies though.
